This agricultural land near Troyan is unregulated but can be used for construction assuming the fact that the status can be changed partly or fully . There is an electricity, running water and telephone service only 100 meters away. Mobile phone coverage is available as well. Two asphalt roads are passing at the both sides of the plot. It is foreseeable that the prices will rise up (Bulgaria will join EU and the land out of the sea and ski resorts will rise from 2 to 5 times(because it is still very low).So it is a worth to buy it even only as an investment.
