The manmade lake Zhrebchevo situates in the heart of Sredna Gora Mountain 20 km North-West of Nova Zagora between Stara Zagora and Sliven. The place is South of Stara Planina (Balkan) Mountain in the valley of one of the largest rivers in the country: Tundzha. The lake was build 50 years ago for irrigation of this large, beautiful and fertile valley also know as The Valley of the Roses for the rose plantations near Kazanlak. ?This is the second and larger dam on River Tundzha which at one end borders with the main road E80 connecting Sofia with the Black Sea ant Burgas.
On the bank of this lake a large plot (94,957 sq m) came up for sale. The plot is on slight slope facing the lake on South and is about 100 m of the water line with perfect panoramic view to the lake and the hills in the distance. Along its southern border a gravelled road (which will soon be asphalted) separates the plot with the meadows bordering the lake. The plot is not yet in regulation but it could easily be placed in (just ask for details). The plot borders with pine forest on the North, construction site of a large hotel on its West and on South-East with recreation and rehabilitation centre with several chalets, main building, 2 open air swimming pools, tennis court and other facilities. The nearest electric transformer is towards the western end of the plot, the water mains run along the road. The fist class view can not be obstructed in the future due to the fact that the area between the plot and the lake is forbidden for building.
The nearest village of Banya is 5 km South-East and the local admin centre of Nova Zagora only 20 km away. The plot is well connected to the main road Sofia-Burgas E80 with two accesses to it both at 12 km each. The distance to the regional centre of Sliven is 31 km, to city of Stara Zagora 47 km, to the Black Sea and Burgas 136 km and to the Capital Sofia 240 km, all good first class roads.
This is excellent large plot destine for big ideas at very attractive price per sq m. The land could be divided into 2 or 3 smaller plots.
