This is a fairly new villa set in a peaceful and pretty, rural area just above Galabovo.
The ground floor has a dining room accessed from the terrace with a small kitchen and shower room. There is then a large living room accessed separately from the terrace.
External concrete steps lead to the second floor where there is a similar layout. However, upstairs needs finishing and all walls and ceilings require plastering.
There is access through a hatch to a large loft space and it would be possible to put in proper stairs and make a large bedroom in the roof space.
The house is with concrete foundations, built from bricks and with a concrete plate between the first and second floor. The roof is made out of timbers and tiles. The first floor is furnished and the house is sold as it is with furnishing and some kitchen appliances.
The house is in good condition but does require finishing works - external plaster on a couple of walls, maybe some conservatory type structure at the front to enclose the large terrace and give more internal space, upstairs is only done to rough construction. However, the ground floor is liveable in as it is.
