River Tundzha passes the north side of the resort.
Tundzha is middle size river with clean water and excellent fishing conditions, that flows thru Yagoda Spa Resort. It springs from Balkan Mountain near Kalofer and forms a couple of Dam Lakes on its way to Turkey. One of these lakes is just 2 km from Yagoda, and is good for fishing and boating. Tundzha then flows east and makes a sharp turn to the south before Yambol, in which direction it flows until it reaches the Maritsa.
Another advantage of the property is the start of the new 18 holes EskiZara golf course, just 10 km from it.
