This access is ensured by a shortcut from the highway to the place of the site.
300 m away from the residential complex is situated the biggest aqua park with tennis courts and other facilities for the leisure time of the tourists. The aqua park was finished and operational in the end of summer season 2005!
The apartment complex consists of three kinds of apartments and a range of luxury hotel facilities: spa centre, private and modern swimming pool with outdoor bar, restaurant with 98 places, bar, communal garden, luxurious common parts, parking area. We offer as well one-bedroom apartments, which consist of living room with small kitchen and separate bedroom with bathroom + WC. They are of size 55-66 sq.m.
Third kind is "Studio" type, which is a room of about 40-48 sq.m, with a balcony, kitchenette and bathroom + WC.
