Yagoda is pretty spa resort village, about 5 km away, at the foot of Sredna Gora Mountain.

Its mineral waters (with temperature from 35C to 50C) are used for the treatment of the loco-motor system, of neurological, gynecological, dermatological and other diseases. After scientific research has been proven that the mineral contained of the water is one of the best in the world for treatment of urological diseases. A balneology centre has been operating in the resort; there are several indoor and open-air swimming pools with mineral water, holiday houses and hotels. Sleeping accommodations are provided. At the north side of the resrt is passing the river Tundzha.

Tundzha is middle size river with clean water and excellent fishing conditions, that flows thru Yagoda Spa Resort. It springs from Balkan Mountain near Kalofer and forms a couple of Dam Lakes on its way to Turkey. One of these lakes is just 2 km from Yagoda, and is good for fishing and boating. Tundzha then flows east and makes a sharp turn to the south before Yambol, in which direction it flows until it reaches the Maritsa. The Tundzha's length on Bulgarian territory is 350 km.
