BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE AGENTS FEES

We have created this page to explain briefly what the Bulgarian estate agents usual fees are. With the economic crisis, many agents are advertising their services without commission from the buyer. Dear customers, please note that all commissions/fees are always paid by the buyer, because he is paying the total price at the end. So if the agencies are not taking any commission officially from the buyer, they will collect double commission from the seller, who will anyway include this double commission in the price.

We take 2% from both parties, apart from the other agents, who are usually taking 6% from the seller, who will automatically add this on the top of the price. We dont have any hidden amounts on top and you are free to participate in the deal and pay straight to the previous owner.
