Very Cheap House for Sale near Stara Zagora
SOLD OUT !!! This property is situated in a small, rural village 25 km from Stara Zagora, 16 km from Galabovo, 225 km from Burgas and Plovdiv with its airport is 125 km away. The land itself is worth at least the asking price at less then 2 E/sqm for a large regulated plot, plus you are getting a house, already constructed but requiring renovation.

area: 140 sq m floor: 2 garden: 3000 sq m

The house was built in 1992 and hasn't been used much after. It requires a fair amount of renovation and finishing work to become a lovely holiday home in this pretty rural area.

It is set on two floors. The ground level has two decent sized rooms, each leading to a smaller room. Downstairs is plastered and in good condition. You would need to put a bathroom and toilet inside and build a septic tank.

There are then metal stairs leading to the second floor but this is only at rough construction level and would benefit from rebuilding and redesigning the layout.

The house is with concrete foundations and made out of brick. The roof is made of a concrete plate with wooden beams and tiles on top.

There is electricity in the property and a telephone line can be installed upon request. There is currently no mains water connected to the property but the mains water pipe runs close to the property and so connection would not be a problem. Two water wells are in the yard

The village is small with 107 inhabitants permanently living there and with basic amenities like food shop, local pub/cafe, post office etc
